First Lady Deloris (Dee) Carr is an anointed woman of God, a loving wife, and mother. Born in Cleveland Ohio born to proud parents Pastor Ocie and Sister Dorothy Williams, First Lady Dee was raised in a Christian home and has been active in Church all of her life. She accepted Christ at the age of five and was baptized at the New Community Missionary Baptist Church. She graduated from Health Careers High School in Cleveland Ohio in June of 1987 and she is a licensed Phlebotomist.

Through the years Lady Carr has served in various ministries within the church to include Choir, Usher Ministry, Hospitality, Nursery, Children's Church, Sunday School Secretary, Youth Praise Dance Team Coordinator, Director of United's Christian Daycare and Pre-K academy as well as Leader over Women's Ministry. Under her leadership, the Women's of United have experienced substantial spiritual growth and deeper more fulfilling relationships growing closer together in the spirit of unity and love. Lady Dee is also the Minister's Wives Ministry Leader, providing mentorship to minister’s wives.

First Lady Dee is a wonderful compassionate person who always has a listening ear and an understanding heart. She is often found counseling women and youth to provide them with encouragement, hope, and faith to face their situations.
